Assistant Golf Course Superintendent
Experience in the maintenance of greens and grounds as well as chemical applications. A knowledge of irrigation systems, sprinkler replacement and maintenance, a plus. Repair, maintenance and operating experience of all equipment to maintain an 18 hole private country club course and grounds required. Will supervise all grounds staff and course maintenance in the absence of the Superintendent.
Starting salary: Commensurate with previous experience, accomplishments and education.

Tchefuncta Country Club is a private club located on the Northshore of the New Orleans area. We are undergoing construction on the existing golf course and clubhouse.
Qualifications: Must have 2-4 year degree in turfgrass management or related field and must be self motivated with a desire to learn and become a team leader.
Salary: $28,000-$32,000.
